• Doors should ALWAYS be open when popping
  • Turn on “kettle heat” (For the first time – wait 4-5 minutes for machine to heat up)
  • Turn on “light warmer”
  • Turn on “kettle motor” (after machine is heated)
  • Mix 8 oz. corn with ¾ Tablespoon of Flavocal
  • Pour mixture into kettle
  • Pour in 1.5 oz. oil (CAREFUL – KETTLE IS VERY HOT!)
  • Close lid and keep it closed until popping is complete. Empty kettle twice. **NOTE: Do not wait for the last bit of popping to finish.  This will create smoke **
  • Next batch can be popped immediately
  • When finished popping, turn off motor, then turn off heat
