We are committed to making screenings and festival events accessible to all attendees. SEATING

Wheelchair accessible seating is reserved during the ticket purchasing process. You will need to specify your need for accessible seating when purchasing your tickets on the website or at the box office.

You can now specify your companion seating needs when purchasing your tickets online or in the box office. Up to three seats can be guaranteed for purchase with your wheelchair accessible seat if available at time of purchase. Whether or not you purchase specific companion seating tickets, our venue personnel will work with you to ensure that you can sit with a companion. Please arrive at the venue early and you will be seated first.

Wheelchair accessible seating will be reserved for those who use wheelchairs only. Other special seating arrangements for those without wheelchairs can be made by sending an accommodation request.

Accessible Seating Regulations:
Accessible Seating for patrons with disabilities and their companions is reserved and available until general seating is sold out.

Wheelchair Accessible seating is for WHEELCHAIR SPACE ONLY. Up to three adjacent Companion Seats are available for companions of people with tickets for Wheelchair Accessible seats. Easy Access/Mobility/Transfer seats are also available.

TRANSPORTATION

At least one of the Festival Loop shuttle buses will be equipped with a lift and will be wheelchair accessible. Patrons using the shuttle buses are encouraged to park in NMC’s Cherry Lot, near the Dennos Museum, where buses will stop every 5-15 minutes to pick up festival patrons and take them to the venues and the downtown parking garage. The loop runs from 11 am until the last venue is dark each full day of the festival Wednesday through Sunday.
