The Downtown Traverse City Association and Traverse City Film Festival have chosen winners for the 2012 TCFF Window Display Contest!

Judging was based on: (1) presentation based on film & the film festival, (2) originality and creativity, and (3) use of the retailer’s merchandise in the presentation.

And the winners are…

Honorable Mention: Wilson Antiques

The first-place winner, Toy Harbor, for their amazing “Thelma and Louise” puppets edition receives two State Theatre all-access passes good for one year and two tickets to tonight’s Filmmaker Party.

Second place, Cherry Republic for their awesome use of Cherry movie puns receives a $25 gift card and twelve tickets to the State Theatre.

Third place, Becky Thatcher with the beautiful movie jewelry display will receive a gift basket of TCFF merchandise.

An honorable mention goes to Wilson Antiques who had the misfortune of someone breaking their window during their display setup.
